NEW PLAYERS

New Players will need to complete the following steps so an HCR ID can be generated prior to registration taking place:

HCR Registration Form
Copy of Players Birth Certificate
Copy of Players Care Card
Proof of Address

Please send all documents to gvmha@shaw.ca

Director of Player Development and Registrations Dwight Lee will get back to you with the HCR ID needed to complete registration on TeamSnap.
