Teams registering for our tournaments that require hotel accommodation MUST book their hotel stay through EventConnect.
Our Tournaments are STAY and PLAY. Exceptions will be accepted for teams attending that reside between West Kelowna and Salmon Arm, where hotel stays might not be required. Tournament registration is not confirmed until payment is made.

REFUND POLICY
Withdrawal from any tournament will result in a $100 admin fee to be deducted from the registration fee, if the vacant position is filled. If the vacant position is not filled, no refund will be given. Withdrawal from any tournament during the tournament weekend without just cause determined by GVMHA will result in a fine based on the entry fee for that tournament.
